Our staff will be happy to look at your complaint and try to resolve the situation to everybody’s satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, we will first send you a confirmation notice. Your complaint will be handled within 14 days of receipt and if more time is necessary, then we will inform you accordingly.
If you would prefer not to do this, then you can always contact the Mediation Department of the Webshop Trustmark to which we are affiliated.
Furthermore, as of 15th February 2016, it is also possible for customers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission. If the complaint is not being processed elsewhere, then you are free to lodge the complaint via the European Union platform.
